吴江新华航标制造有限公司创建于一九九三年，已有二十多年的历史。工厂占地面积32亩，生产厂房11000平方米，是中国航海学会航标专业委员会的工业会员单位，同时又是国际航标协会（IALA）会员。
　　公司现有员工80余人，各类工程技术人员20余人，其中高级工程师2名，中级职称科技人员6名，初级职称工程技术人员12名。公司拥有一批经验丰富的制作、安装技术工人，拥有全套先进的开料、卷板，剪板、折板、焊接、矫正、喷砂涂装等加工设备。
　　二十多年来，公司逐步建立起一整套完善的产品质量管理体系，形成了自己的设计、制造、安装工艺标准，公司通过了ISO-9001质量管理体系的认证。公司生产的产品符合国家标准及有关行业标准，同时满足国际航标协会（IALA）有关技术要求。
　　公司注重产品创新和新品开发，生产的航标产品遍布全国各地，是国内金属及非金属航标的重要生产企业。其中我公司研制的铝合金岸标是新一代助航设施，其外观、抗腐蚀、视觉效果、抗风稳定性及运输安装便捷等方面均优于钢质和非金属岸标，具有技术上的领先优势。另外我公司近期又从美国引进了全套聚脲弹性体液压喷涂设备，可以广泛用于各类浮标和灯桩的涂装、防腐处理，能使我们的产品在技术上保持长期领先。

Wujiang Xinhua Navigation Aids Manufacture Co. Ltd. was founded in 1993 with a history of more than 20 years. The factory covers an area of 32 acres, including an area of 11000 square meters which serves as the production workshop. The company not only is a member of the Chinese institute of navigation beacons of professional committee of industry, but also has a seat in the international beacon association (IALA).
The company has over 80 workers and about one fourth of them are various engineering technical people, including 2 senior engineers, 6 people with the intermediate title of science and technology and 12 people with primary title of engineering and technical. The company has a group of experienced workers in production and installation. Additionally, it owns a whole set of processing equipment on advanced cutting, plate bending, shear, folded plate, welding, straightening and sand painting.
During 20 years, the company has generally established a set of distinguished quality management system as well as their own standards on design, manufactory and installation. The company has passed the ISO - 9001 quality management system certification. Meanwhile, the products of the company meet the relevant national standards and industry standards and the relevant technical requirements in international beacon association (IALA)
Focusing on the innovation and development of products, the company is an important corporation in domestic metal and nonmetal beacons, whose navigation aids are widely used around the country. The aluminum alloy developed by our company is the new generation of navigation aids. It has advantages in its appearance, corrosion resistance, visual effects, stability of wind resistance and convenience in transportation and installation compared with steel and nonmetal beacon, which guarantees its leading position in technical. Moreover, our company has imported a whole set of polyuria elastomer hydraulic spraying equipment from the United States, which can be widely applied on coating and corrosion prevention of all kinds of buoys and lights piles, ensuring our products a long-term leading position in technology.
